These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and j99. Fraud, collusion, exploitation of software errors, use of automated betting tools, money laundering, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited. j99 reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and recover funds in such cases.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern the relationship between j99 (hereinafter referred to as "j99", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter referred to as "you", "the User", or "Member") who accesses, registers on, or uses any product or service offered through the j99 website and associated mobile applications.

By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. j99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.
To open a j99 account, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information as prompted by the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active j99 account. The opening of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited. If j99 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual through device fingerprinting, IP address tracking, payment method matching, or any other means, j99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets or winnings, and retain any deposited funds pending investigation.
j99 does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is the user's responsibility to determine the legal status of online gambling in their specific location before registering. j99 reserves the right to refuse registrations or close accounts at its sole discretion where it determines that a user is accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other credentials associated with your j99 account. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. j99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify j99 support immediately via the in-platform live chat. j99 shall not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the cause is attributable to the user's failure to keep credentials secure or to report the compromise promptly.
All information held on your j99 account must remain accurate and up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or outdated personal information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and the forfeiture of any funds held in the account.
j99 accounts for players in Bangladesh operate in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All account balances, bonus amounts, betting stakes, winnings, and transaction limits are denominated in BDT unless otherwise explicitly stated. Currency conversion is not supported within the platform.
j99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, and Tap. j99 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify the available payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum first deposit amount is ৳200. Specific minimum and maximum transaction limits for each payment method are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within the platform. These limits may change from time to time and the most current figures are always displayed at the point of transaction.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your j99 account within seconds of payment confirmation. In rare cases of technical delay, deposits may take up to 30 minutes to be credited. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, you should contact j99 support via live chat with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. j99 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 to 30 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
j99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents, payment method confirmation, and source-of-funds information before processing any withdrawal. This is a mandatory anti-money-laundering and fraud prevention measure. Failure to provide requested documentation within 72 hours may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw funds that are subject to incomplete wagering requirements will result in the cancellation of the bonus balance. Real money funds deposited by the user are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard verification procedures.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by j99 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. These promotion-specific terms are incorporated into and form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail only with respect to the specific bonus to which they relate.
Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (for example, a 30x requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable). The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and any minimum odds restrictions are detailed on the individual promotion page.
j99 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, and systematically withdrawing following bonus conversion without continued platform engagement. Where bonus abuse is identified, j99 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, suspend the account, and permanently exclude the user from future promotions.
j99 reserves the right to modify the terms of any active promotion, or to cancel a promotion entirely, with reasonable notice where possible. Where a promotion is cancelled after a user has already satisfied its qualifying conditions, j99 will honour the bonus for that user on a case-by-case basis at its discretion.
All sports bets placed on the j99 platform are subject to the j99 Sportsbook Rules, which govern bet settlement, void bets, in-play betting procedures, maximum payout limits, and the handling of postponed or abandoned events. These rules are available within the sportsbook section of the platform. The cricket sportsbook, including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers markets, is governed by the same general sportsbook rules with cricket-specific settlement procedures applied where relevant.
All casino games, including slots and live dealer tables, are provided by certified third-party game providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. The rules of each individual game are governed by the respective game provider's rules, which are accessible from within each game interface. j99 is responsible for the platform through which these games are delivered but is not responsible for the game rules themselves.
In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, j99 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. Similarly, if a casino game malfunctions during play, the affected game round will be voided and stakes returned. j99's decision in such matters is final.
j99 applies maximum single-transaction payout limits, which vary by product and market. These limits are displayed within the relevant section of the platform. Winnings that exceed the applicable maximum payout limit will be capped at that limit regardless of the calculated win amount.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, voiding of bets and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the j99 platform or any of its services. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business, or any other financial loss.
j99 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While j99 makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform uptime and stability, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond j99's reasonable control.
j99 is not responsible for any telecommunications network failure, internet service provider outage, or other connectivity issue that prevents you from accessing the platform or results in the interruption of a betting or gaming session.
j99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the j99 Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what personal data j99 collects, the purposes for which it is processed, how long it is retained, and your rights with respect to that data.

You may close your j99 account at any time by contacting the support team via in-platform live chat. Prior to account closure, any remaining real money balance will be paid out to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal procedures and verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the j99 platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to the limitations of liability, intellectual property rights, and prohibited conduct clauses — shall continue to apply following termination.
j99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to the Terms, j99 will notify registered users via email or via a prominently displayed notice on the platform. The revised Terms will display an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the j99 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2 above.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. j99 operates in the online gaming market and endeavours to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly.
In the event of a dispute, you should first contact the j99 support team via in-platform live chat, providing full details of the issue. j99 commits to investigating and responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the support channel, j99 may, at its discretion, refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution process.
Disputes relating to the settlement of bets must be raised within 14 days of the relevant event's conclusion. j99 will not consider disputes raised after this period has elapsed.
